Master's Programme MASTER ÈS LETTRES, DISCIPLINE EGYPTOLOGY AND COPTIC The programme run by the Egyptology and Coptic Unit provides students with in-depth insight into Egyptian civilisation, with classes in history, archaeology and religion. Students study the Egyptian language and learn about hieroglyphics, Coptic (language spoken by Christians in Egypt), and the Hieratic, Demotic and Ptolemaic scripts.
