This product is covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty covers faults in the product construction, material and assembly where the failure is due to a fault in the manufacture of the product. Faulty products will be repaired or replaced free of charge for the first 12 months from the date of purchase, after which we provide free parts only for the remainder of the warranty period.

This warranty does not include faults by:• Unsuitable or improper use of this product• Incorrect installation• If installation or part installation is not carried out by a LICENSED PLUMBER for the products which are required to be installed by a licensed plumber• Normal wear and tear• Inadequate or complete lack of maintenance• Chemical, electrochemical or electrical influences• Harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners used on product finishes

Please note the warranty is extended to the purchaser and is not transferrable.
