Installation Instructions

1. We recommend using a lift or ramps to allow easy access to the sway bar end links. It is best if the vehicle is resting on all four wheels during installation.

2. Remove the old sway bar end link from one side of the vehicle. 3. Insert the longer bolt through the center hole in the mounting bracket, then through the lower damper mount and control

arm. The bracket should be aligned so that its sides are parallel to the damper, as shown in the Figure 1.

4. Install the large flanged nylock nut and torque to 69-81 lbs-ft, taking care to maintain the bracket in the proper alignment. 5. Bolt the ball-jointed rod end to the sway bar end and torque to 40-56 lbs-ft, as shown in the Figure 2.

6. Adjust the length of the link until the lower rod end is aligned with the mounting holes in the bracket. 7. Insert the shorter bolt through the bracket and lower rod end, with a 10mm spacer on either side of the lower rod end.

Install the nut and torque to 40-56 lbs-ft. 8. Tighten the jam nut on the link, taking care to maintain the upper and lower rod ends in the same orientation. 9. Repeat this process for the opposite side of the vehicle. Completed installation should resemble Figure 3.
