One of the interesting books available here at the Multicultural Center, The 360 Degree Leader: “Developing Your Influence from Anywhere in the Organization” , is written by New York Times Best-Selling Author John C. Maxwell. In this book, Mr. Maxwell shows how 99% of all leadership in most organizations takes place in the middle. He also entertainingly shares the secrets of how to increase your influence from wherever you are. With the clarity of a teacher and the passion of a seasoned executive coach, Maxwell will lead you through the principles of The 360 Degree Leader. Wise and practical, timeless and yet utterly relevant to today’s demanding work challenges, The 360 Degree Leader is like a private session with one of America’s most respected leadership consultants.
