INVESTMENT STRATEGY

Acquire, own and manage a broadly diversifiedportfolio of income-­producing properties andreal estate related assets;; select investmentsacross differing property types and geographicregions in an attempt to achieve portfoliostability, diversification and favourable riskadjusted returns.

INITIAL INVESTMENT

Shares of MMPT are offered with a $50,000minimum initial investment. Shares arepurchased at the current NAV, which iscalculated daily based on the current valuationsof the investments held.

DISTRIBUTIONS

It is expected that regular distributions will bemade on a quarterly basis (at the discretion of theboard of directors).

Selling Commission up to 4%Dealer Manager Fee 1.5%Annual Management Fee equal to 1/365th of1.5% of the NAV.Performance Fee of 20% of the total returncalculated on an annual basis.
