PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS
I have been devoted in infrastructure field for the last 6 years with a couple of world renowned
companies specialized in infrastructural projects. My experience includes design, estimation, procurement,
execution and commissioning of water treatment plants, water tanks, pumping stations, district cooling plant
and distribution networks .This helped me to get the chance to work with international consultant like
AECOM, ROYAL HOSKONING, TURNER, HYDER, PARSONS, MOTT MACDONALD, MWH, DAR
AL HANDASAH etc. and client like ADM, ADSSC, DM, FEWA, ALDAR, TABREED, NAKHEEL, DP -

Job Summary:
I am responsible for all kind of Technical (Tender, design, equipment selection, procurement, material
approvals, technical responses, installation and commission) and commercial activities under mechanical in
our projects; from tender to handing over of projects. Our scope is to construct the water treatment plant,
water tanks, district cooling plant, pumping stations (sewer, potable, irrigation & firefighting) and
distribution networks ( dry & wet systems)
Responsibilities:
• Review the complete bid documents
• Attending client’s queries and comments during Bidding/Enquiry stage.
• Prepare complete BOQ by estimate the quantity of equipment and system components
• Floating enquiries to suppliers and compare quotations after negotiations
• Prepare commercial offer by considering material cost, installation charges and over head
• Preparation of technical material submittals & Supervision and Reviewing the shop drawings
• Co-ordination with Authorities, Client, Consultant, Vendors and Sub-contractors
• Ordering and procurement of materials & Coordinate for delivery of the materials on time.
• Arranging & forecasting manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement
• Strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the work as per target program
• Assist to prepare/review the payment certificates and variation claims

Project Brief: We expanded the plant from 10000 Ton to 20000 Ton capacity by adding 4 numbers
of 2500 Ton centrifugal chillers, 2 Nos of cooling towers, 2 Nos Condenser water pumps, a chilled
water pumps, a makeup water pump, transformers, switch gears and related MEP & Civil works

Project Brief: The scope of work (for Packages 11 to 18)is to construct main irrigation pumping

potable and storm water; and utilities connections to enterprise zones and it covers internal
roadworks with signage and markings, street lighting, medium- and low-voltage power network

Job Summary:
It was a project based job, we constructed T3 container terminal for DP world. Where my part was to
supervise and control mechanical subcontractor (Shinryo Corporation; Japan) and coordinate with
contractor’s designer (AECOM) & employer representative (Royal haskoning ).
I. Supervision, coordination & Quality Assurance
• Reviewing and approving the shop drawings and technical material submittals.
• Coordinate with all other disciplines and to make coordination & as-build drawings.
• Initiate to raise the IR and Conduct joint inspection with QA/QC Inspector and Client Inspector
II. Project quantity surveying, inventory control & Procurement
• Quantity measurement from drawings and preparation of detail BOQ for procurement
• Controlling inventory in the Engineering Stores & initiate purchase order procedure.
• Assist to prepare/review the payment certificates and variation claims
III. Planning, scheduling , monitoring & controlling (150 people, 5 excavators, 5 trucks, shawl, 3 jcb, etc)
• Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules
• Forecasting manpower, material, tools & machineries and to check the availability with contractor
• Devising strategies to overcome roadblocks and analysing Risks periodically
• Strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the work as per target program.
• Preparation of weekly updated progress reports giving early warnings for activities likely to be
getting beyond control and suggesting recovery plan for project problems.
• Construction monitoring including daily, weekly, monthly review meetings with contractors and
client.

Project summary:
New container terminal is having 4 million TEU capacity, 1,860 metres of quayside and 70 hectares of yard
with 19 highly sophisticated automated 17 meter draft quay cranes and 50 automated rail mounted gantry
(RMG) yard cranes. T3, which is set to be the world's largest semi-automated facility, will be at least 30%
more carbon efficient than a conventional terminal operation
Scope of MEP:
� Diesel power station – 4 x 2.5 MW
� Portable pumping station - 200 GPM @ 15M
� Firefighting pumping station – 1500 GPM @ 12 Bar
� Substation electricity – 11 KV / 400 V

Job summary:
My job mainly focused on design of water-based, gas-based, foam-based, powder-based and wet chemicals
systems for building, infrastructure and industrial projects; which includes design, hydraulic calculation,
sizing & selection of material and guide to prepare the shop drawing and submission.
