In 2003, the semiconductor division was created by MFC to serve the growing demand from semiconductor customers who are looking for alternative sealing solutions to reduce maintenance cost. A team of experienced specialists was assembled to support the division. Semiconductor products are manufactured, packaged and tested in our class-10,000, class-100 and class 1 clean rooms using advance equipment and high purity elastomers. In 2008, MFC officially launched its Puruz perfluoro elastomer product line.

Mechanical seal is simply a method of containing fluid within a vessel (typically

pumps, mixers, etc.) where a rotating shaft passes through a stationary housing or

occasionally, where the housing rotates around the shaft. MFC offer a wide range of

standard cartridge mechanical seals, including single and double mechanical seals to

suit even the most demanding application.
