Aim: To understand the mechanics of FLEX & quality requirements. To become an approved FLEX facilitator as a B-Cap approved FLEX licence holder.

Objectives To understand and be able to implement registration and

induction protocols To understand the methods of delivery, agree scope for

delivery of different levels To understand requirements for completion of each module /

level / programme
