Elements Suport Group (ESG) will coordinate Logistics / Administration / Protocol / Security / Media issues.
ESG will organize Observer / Press TourDraft Handbook needs input from other WG.CIQ, Clearance, Logistic arrangement are
prepared in the Draft Handbook which will be distributed at the end of FPC January 2014.
