THE.Otis
The focus is to redesign a historically preserved hotel in Spokane, Washington the Otis Hotel. It resides in a neglected neighborhood in the West District in downtown and has great potential to be renovated into a space that would benefit the entire downtown community. The idea is to turn this previously abandoned hotel into a mixed use complex that will include space for a community market, art gallery, multipurpose room, low and high end living apartments on the top floor.

COTTONWOODIntegrated Health
The Serenity Integrated Health center uses holistic design to empower individuals to heal
themselves through the positive impacts and flow of the space. The spaces are designated by the Feng
Shui elements- fire, wood, earth, and metal. A central staircase,
which acts as a fountain, represents water and correctly balances the environment and maximizes its potential to the
people.Feng Shui is believed to use the
laws of both Heaven and Earth to help improve life by receiving posi-
tive qi, or energy. It is a multi-faceted approach which can
bring balance, health, and harmony when properly organized with the elements and colors and symbols
that represent them. The elements are said to bring the
following:
Wood : Prosperity Earth & Fire: Health
Metal: Creativity &Strength Water: Family

STUDIO.Inc
This studio is a template for creative growth in an office of dynamic designers who strive to find a balance between
corporate size and client based designs. Transparency, raw material and clean lines are elements used to create a space that
communicates studio culture and uniformity. Hard angles and bright colors define the space while glazing and operable systems furniture
help bring it together as one integrated studio.
