1. MONTHLY ACTIVITY HIGHLIGHTS

• KMS edited a press release with the title “St. Petersburg/Clearwater in Florida is the perfect place for the next summer vacation” and distributed it to qualified media contacts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition, we also edited the bi-monthly media newsletter and distributed it after approval from VSPC.

• KMS followed up with all the journalists that participated in the Lufthansa inaugural flight group press fam trip in September 2015 and sent them all relevant information on our destination in a drop box.

• KMS liaised with Visit Florida Germany to secure our participation in the Visit Florida media event in Hamburg, Germany on November 12, 2015. We also liaised with VSPC in order to receive USB-keys as well as the 360° goggles for the event.

• KMS wrote the monthly activity report and sent it to VSPC.

2. NEWS RELEASES AND NEWSLETTERS

2.1 NEWS RELEASE

KMS drafted and distributed the following news release: “St. Petersburg/Clearwater in Florida is the perfect place for the next summer vacation” KMS also distributed the press release via TravMedia in the German speaking countries and provided photos and a video to the media via Dropbox.

2.2 NEWSLETTER

KMS started collecting information for the next newsletter for VSPC that will be distributed in November 2015.

2.3 CVBeat Newsletter KMS started drafting a text for the next CVBeat newsletter.

In addition, we will contact Lufthansa to request support for the airline ticket once the press fam trip will be approved by VSPC.

4. PUBLIC RELATIONS ACTIVITIES

• KMS continued uploading postings and photos on VSPC´s German facebook page.

• KMS supported several media professionals with high-resolution photos, specific information on our area and press kits.

• KMS followed up with Mr. Thomas Jachnow from Lufthansa after our joint group press fam trip to support the Lufthansa inaugural flight to Tampa and St. Pete/Clearwater in September 2015. We discussed the possibility of organizing further individual press fam trips for qualified journalists to our destination.

• KMS evaluated and categorized all media clippings on VSPC that we received

from the media monitoring service.

• We further liaised with the Visit Florida office in Germany regarding our participation in the media event that will take place in Hamburg on November 12, 2015.

• KMS completed conference calls with VSPC and the Central European Marketing

Office in order to synchronize our PR and marketing efforts.

VSPC and the Central European Marketing Office in order to synchronize our PR and marketing efforts.
