Certified Safe Food Handlers, registered and trained by a nationally accredited training provider.
All decisions regarding safe food handling and temperature holiding are reserved by Memphis Fire Barbeque Company
Inc. and are bound by the terms and conditions of our Off-Site Catering Contract.

BASED ON 100 GUESTS Price per person will increase for less than 100 guests
And decrease for more than 150 guests attending

• Alcohol, wine, beer or Licensed Beverage Service• Alcohol service must be from a third party provider• Venue fees or parking fees for MFBC team members• Hospitality tenting or dance-floor for guest areas
Limitations• Price includes staffing for 8 hours, this includes all
travel time to and from the venue. All extra hours will be billed by the full hour at double time
