    Date of request: 3/22Position Title: Merchandising Team Manager

    Division/Business Unit: Strategy Hiring Mgr.: Director, Used OperationsExempt / Non-Exempt: Exempt Pay Range: $60 - $80KWork Location: Field within all locations of designated RegionsReports To: Director, Used Operations

    Description of Position:The Merchandising Team Manager will be tasked with supervising the activities of multiple Merchandising Agents withintheir supported market. They will be responsible for ensuring all retail units are photographed to established standards,units are marketed with all required stickers and buyers guides, and that this information is uploaded to (Company X)internal data services in a timely manner. They will be responsible for all Merchandising Agent scheduling to ensure timeto listing targets are met while ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded.

    Organizational Relationships:

    Directly reports to Director of Used Operations for daily/weekly/monthly tactical implementation of processes

    Partners with store level personnel to coordinate agent visits and store level access

    Interacts with Company X Used Vehicle Directors and store level management to share best practices andoperational ideas

    Primary Job Responsibilities:1. Manage team members to ensure quick, high-quality merchandising of Company X Retail units in a supported market2. Ensure team members are sufficiently trained to be able to perform their assigned duties as needed3. Manage team to efficiently cover retail unit production in supported market4. Utilize current and future inventory tools to determine and manage unit flow to both internal websites and website partners

    (AutoTrader, Cars.Com, etc)5. Act as quality control point for all agents, audit and spot-check units and team members for accuracy and adherence to standards6. Continually prospect new partners or technology providers to potential reduce costs or increase quality7. Work closely store level and market level personnel to adequately schedule for market needs8. Coordinate and manage the flow of inventory to supported internet sites through existing and future Company X

    processes9. Create and review inventory reporting to actively manage individual and team metrics10. Assist in the identification and recruitment of team staff as needed11. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Companys Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers

    and suppliers.12. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.

    Minimum Qualifications:1. Must meet companys requirements for employment2. 5 years automotive retail experience with 2 years as Used Vehicle focus3. Proven organizational, communication and presentation skills4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications5. Valid state drivers license

    Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:Requires travel within assigned Regions.
