Shelving type EL and L: perfect for lightweight and standard loads

Looking at the actual weight of shelved goods often shows that many shelving

installations are "oversized" as to their load capacity. BITO shelving type EL

is the ideal solution. Designed for light-weight applications, shelves carry

up to 100 kg without the need for beams. Should your storage requirements

change, it is no problem to upgrade shelving installations type EL to type L.

Simply retrofit beams to increase bay load capacity from 800 kg to 1300 kg!

floor surface and building height is crucial for the efficiency of

a storage facility. Multi-tier shelving – whether used as stand-

alone solution or as part of a facility combining several storage

systems – helps to increase the degree of capacity utilisation

as the initially available floor space doubles or triples.

A mezzanine floor is a very easy and low cost way to create

extra space since the components of the shelving structure

serve as supporting elements for overhead constructions.

Installation> The total serviceBITO provide an efficient installation service which is particularly valuable for

busy organisations. There is a nominal charge of this based on time. We highly

recommend that this service is used for racking installations as serious health

and safety risks can occur unless correctly installed.

Protecting soil, water and air!Environmental protection plays a highly important role in the investment

decisions for our production plants. For example: our photovoltaic system has

an output of over 250kW.

BITO take care to install closed water cycles incorporating direct water

treatment, from which hardly any wastewater is released. As a result, we are

not adding to pollution in public sewage systems.

Heat recovery systems utilise waste heat from machines and duct it into the

heating circuit, which heats the workplace.

No gaseous emissions are generated in our key production processes of cold

forming of metale and injection molding of plastics. we satisfy energy-saving

and clean production requirements in every respect.
