1. Contractor shall furnish and install prefabricated metal shelter:

a. Preferred shelter:

i. Provide shelter as manufactured by ICON Shelter Systems, Inc., 1455Lincoln Avenue, Holland, MI 49423 https://www.iconshelters.com/

ii. Craftsman Series Barrel Vault 20' x 30' Nominal Dimensions ModelBV20x30G

iii.Include optional curved corbels and Iroc column base covers at eachbuilding column

iv. Colors to be selected by Owner

b. Substitutions to be approved by Owner Ten (10) business days prior tobid scheduled opening date. Approved equal will be released asaddendum to original bid documents.

2. Contractor shall provide and install reinforced concrete footing andfoundation as required by approved building manufacturer. Drawings andspecifications for concrete footing and foundation shall be stamped by aprofessional engineer licensed by the State of Montana.

3. Site will be rough graded by Owner prior to shelter installation. Contractorshall excavate, prepare base for footings and backfill footings and foundationsto similar condition as that preceding building construction.

4. Contractor shall secure, and comply with, required jurisdictional permits,including Building Permit issued by State of Montana, Department of Laborand Industry, Building Codes Division.
