NOTAS SOBRE O MANUSEIO DA UNIDADE ÓPTICA

O diodo laser da unidade óptica é sensível a descargas eletroestáticas podendo ser danificado por descargas causadas por roupas ou mes­mo pelo corpo humano. Durante o reparo tenha cuidado para não causar danos a unidade, devido a descargas eletroestáticas e siga corretamente os procedimentos descritos nesse manual para a exe­cução de reparos e troca de componentes. As placas de circuito im­presso são facilmente danificadas, tenha muito cuidado para manu­seá-las.

NOTAS SOBRE O DIODO EMISSOR DE LASER

O feize laser nesse modelo é concentrado e deve ser focado na super­fície reflexiva do disco, pela lente objetiva da unidade óptica. Quan­do observar a emissão do diodo laser, tome o cuidado de estar no mínimo a 30 cm da lente objetiva.

Este aparelho é classificado como um produto LASER CLASSE 1. O símbolo do produto laser classe 1 está localizado na parte posterior externa do aparelho.

O componente laser desse produto é capaz de emitir radiação, excedendo o limite da Classe 1.

Atenção O uso dos controles, ajustes ou execução de procedimentos que não sejam os descritos nesse manual, podem causar exposição a uma perigosa radiação.

Notas sobre substituição de componentes tipo chip ¥ Nunca reutilize um componente tipo chip. ¥• Informamos que os capacitores eletrolíticos de tântalo podem

ser danificados se expostos a altas temperaturas.

Notas sobre o reparo da placa de circuito impresso ¥• Mantenha a temperatura do ferro de solda por volta de 270ûC

durante o reparo. ¥• Não ressolde componentes em um mesmo ponto da placa mais

de três vezes. ¥• Tenha cuidado para não forçar os condutores (trilhas) da placa

durante o processo de soldagem e dessoldagem.

MODO DE TESTE

[COLD RESET]• Este modo apaga todos os dados,inclusive aqueles guardados

na RAM Execute esse modo quando for retornar o aparelho aoconsumidor.

Procedimento:1. Pressione o botão [POWER] para ligar o aparelho.2. Pressione simultaneamente tres botões x , [GROOVE] e [POWER]

3. O display indicará “COLD RESET” e o aparelho será resetado.

[ALTERAÇÃO DE INTERVALO DA FREQUENCIA AM]

• O intervalo dos canais AM pode ser alterado 9kHz ou para10 kHz.

Procedimento:1. Pressione o botão [POWER] para ligar o aparelho.2. Pressione o botão [TUNER BAND] para selecionar “AM”.3. Pressione o botão [POWER] para desligar o aparelho.4. Pressione simultaneamente dois botões [ENTER] e [POWER].5. A mensagem “9K STEP” ou “10K STEP” é mostrado no

display.

MODO DE TRANSPORTE -CD]• Este modo posiciona a unidade ótica adequadamente contra

vibrações. Execute esse modo quando for retornar o aparelhoao consumidor.

função de seleção da entrada será alterada.

[MODO DE TRAVAMENTO DA GAVETA DE CD]• Este modo utilizado para travar a gaveta com o disco de

demonstração na loja.Procedimento:1. Pressione o botão [POWER] para ligar o aparelho.2. Pressione o botão [CD] para selecionar “CD”.3. Coloque o disco na bandeja.4. Enquanto pressiona x pressione Z por 5 segundos.5. A menssagem “LOCKED” é exibida e a bandeja é travada.

6. Para liberar a gaveta, pressione simultaneamente os botões x e Z por 5 segundos.

7. A menssagem “UNLOCKED” é exibida no display e a bandeja é destravda.

Procedimento:1. Pressione a tecla [POWER] para ligar o aparelho.2. Pressione a tecla [CD] para selecionar“CD”.3. Coloque disco na bandeja e as fitas no taca-fitas.4. Coloque no modo de “ALL DISCS” e no modo “REV OFF” .5. Pressione as teclas x , [GAME EQ] e [DISC SKIP/EX-CHANGE]

[MODO DE TESTE GC ]• Este modo é utilizado para verificações de indicador de tubo

fluorescente, LED e as chaves.Procedimento:1. Pressione a tecla [POWER] para ligaar o aparelho.2. Pressione as teclas x , [GAME EQ] e [DISC 2] simultaneamente.3. Acendem todos os segumentos do tubo fluorescente e LEDs.4. Pressione duas teclas [GAME EQ] e [DISC 2] simultaneamente, é

selecionado o modo.5. Em modo de verificação da chave, pressione a cada chave,

é mostrado a lista de chave que foi pressionado no display.

6. Em modo de verificação da chave, “KEYCNT 0” é mostradono visor.Cada vez que a chave “KEYCNT”é pressionada,aumenta o valor. De qualquer modo,uma vez que a chave é pressionada, não pressionar o tempo longo.

7. Em modo de verificação da entrada de fone de ouvido,conecteo fone, “H_P ON” é mostrado no visor e desconectandoo fone de ouvido, é indicado no visor a mensagem “H_P OFF"

8. Em modo de verificação do volume, gire o botão [VOLUME] a indicação no visor mudam para “VOLUME UP”,“VOLUME FLAT” ou “VOLUME DOWN”

4. Pressione a tecla [MUSIC EQ], a indicação do displau mudapara “GEQ MAX”, pressione a tecla EFECT ON/OFF a indicação do visor muda para "GEQ 16", pressione a tecla[MOVIE EQ] ,a indicação do visor muda para "GEQ MIN".

5. Gire o botão [VOLUME], a indicação do visor muda para “VOLUME MAX”, “VOLUME MID” ou “VOLUME MIN”

6. Pressione a tecla [GROOVE] , é mudado VACS ON/OFF .7. Quando a tecla [REC PAUSE/START] é pressionado com a fita

no deck-B, as função é chaveado para “MD” ou “VIDEO” einiciará gravação. Quando m ou M é pressionada durantegravação, a fita é rebobinada até onde iniciou gravação,é chaveado a função para “TAPE B”, despois iniciará reprodução.

8. Quando a tecla [CD SYNC] é pressionada com a fita de teste (AMS-100, AMS-110A) no deck, é contado o número do espaço entresinais, caso AMS-110A é colocado, é indicado “OK” no visore caso AMS-100 colocado aparecerá indicação de “NG”

9. Para sair do modo, pressione aq tecla [POWER].

[MODO DE SERVICO DO CD]• Este modo pode acionar o motor de sled do CD livremente.

Use este modo para o momento da limpeza de unidade ótica.Procedimento:1. Pressione a tecla [POWER] para ligar o aparelho.2. Pressione a tecla [CD] para selecionar “CD”.3. Pressione as teclas x , [GAME EQ] e Z simultaneamente.4. Quando o modo de serviço do CD é ativado, a mensagem

“TRAVERS ON” é mostrado no visor.5. Pressione M , a unidade ótica move-se para o lado fora e

a mensagem “SLED OUT” é mostrado no visor.

6. Pressione m ,a unidade ótica move-se para o lado dentro e a mensagem “SLED IN” é mostrado no visor.

7. Pressione a tecla [MOVIE EQ] , para alternar ON/OFF .

[CANCELAMENTO DO LIMITE DE REPETIÇÃO 5]• O número de repetição para CD é de 5 vezes quando está no

modo “REPEAT”. Este modo é utilizada para limitar vezes de repetição de reprodução do CD.

Procedimento:1. Pressione a tecla [POWER] para ligar o aparelho.2. Pressione a tecla [CD] para selecionar “CD”.3. Pressionar as teclas x , [GAME EQ] e gG simultaneamente.

AJUSTES ELÉTRICOS

SEÇÃO CD

Note:1. O bloco do CD é desenvolvido para operar sem ajustes. Apesar disso, ve.

rifique os itens na ordem dada. 2. Use YEDS-18 (3-702-101-01) a menos que outro seja indicado. 3. Use um osciloscopio com impedancia maior que 10M ohms .4. Limpe as lentes objetivas com detergente neutro quando o nÌvel de

sinal estiver mais baixo que o especificado no teste a seguir.

VERIFICAÇÃO DA CURVA S

Procedure :1. Conecte o osciloscopio ao TP (FE) e TP (VC).2. Ligue o aparelho.3. Insira o disco (YEDS-18) e deixe procura de foco atuar·.

(Em consequencia do abre e fecha da bandeja de discos).

4. Confirme se a forma de onda no osciloscopio (S-curve) ésimetrica entre A e B. E confirme o nivel pico-a-pico de até 3 ± 0.5 Vp-p.

Note: • Tente medir varias vezes para ter certeza que a razao entre A : B ou B : A é maior que a razao de 10 : 7.

• Aumente a varredura e a iluminacao da tela do osciloscopiopara obter a melhor forma de onda.

VERIFICAÇÃO DO NÍVEL DE RF

Procedimento: 1. Conecte o osciloscopio ao TP (RF) e ao TP(VC).2. Ligue o aparelho.3. Insira o disco (YEDS-18)) e reproduza. 4. Confirme se a forma de onda no osciloscopio é clara e se o

nivel de RF esta correto ou nao.

Note: Uma forma de onda clara de RF é aquela onde a forma “ ◊ ” podeser claramente identificada no centro da forma de onda.
