TEN STEP CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

The UBM is set up and producing panels within minutes of arriving at the construction site.

Page 3: MIC UMB

Panels are curved, controlled by on-board microprocessor

Completed panels are carried to an assembly area.

Panels are seamed together in sections in preparation for lifting.

Panel sections are lifted and placed in a prepared foundation.

Panel sections are fitted to each other.

Page 4: MIC UMB

Panel sections are joined with a patented seaming tool.

Straight end wall panels are attached to curved panels.

Walls are installed leaving spaces for doors.

Hangers are placed during the erection process for simple installation of hanging lights, sprinklers, duct work, etc.

USES: Expeditionary operations Disaster Relief Limited Time Lack of transport assets When building must be moved When sites must be left clean

M.I.C. INSULATION SOLUTIONS Cellulose (MIC-500 & MIC-550)

Excellent thermal insulation (R-value* of 4.3 per 2.5cm of thickness) Acoustic control Fire retardant (one hour fire rating) Inexpensive & readily available Barracks, offices, classrooms, sports facilities

Urethane (MIC-660 & MIC-800) Superior thermal insulation (R-value* of 28 per 2.5cm of thickness) Highly durable Available worldwide Single skin or sandwich panel applications Warehouses, agricultural storage, cold storage.

* R-value = F° x hr x ft² /BTU

FORCE PROTECTION Ballistic Protection

– Proof against 44mag/9mm at 3m – Self supporting panels do not affect building design – Can be inserted, moved to other buildings, re-inserted

Page 6: MIC UMB

– Sample provided by Scan fiber composites A/S Sindal, Denmark Blast Protection

– Sprayed on Polyurea to prevent steel shatters – Reduces required stand-off by 50% – Weight of Urea will affect building design.

– Can be applied with MIC-660 (modified)
