    Here is a list of the General Skills I possess as a person whom can be counted on to get the job done.

    Experience supporting PC networks based on Active Directory with Windows servers, standardor enterprise

    Experience and competency loading, configuring, core business software applications on aworkstation from network server

    Competency in network setup and configuration of notebooks for travel and network office use Competency in establishing satisfactory customer relationships, documentation and follow-up Experience in configuring network printing on the LAN and from the WEB.

    Experience administering Ethernet topology, switches, cabling install and repair, CAT5 to RJ45

    Experience designing and configuring internet access, TCP/IP network gateways and routers Experience working with clients in public agencies such as schools and hospitals

    Demonstrated competency in workstation upgrades of hardware (hard drives, memory,modems, multi-media, optical drives etc.) and associated software

    Able to setup printers either local or as network printers under NetWare, Windows or Linux withsuccessful updated installation of printer drivers

    Demonstrated competency in installing workstation configurations of core business applicationsand suites (such as Microsoft Office 2013)

    Demonstrated competency in installing groupware mail clients (such as Outlook, IMAP orGroupWise)

    Demonstrated competency in installing groupware application clients (such as SharePoint, MSSQL Server, Microsoft Exchange, Wikis, and other Enterprise applications)

    Familiarity with core database products, functionality, and configuration (such as MS Access, MSSQL, MYSQL)

    Knowledge and familiarity with Windows 2008/2012 server and workstation products includingnavigation and administrative features (including terminal server, SMS auto updates, console

    manager, AD, and group policies)

    team with extended capabilities in several areas of computing:

    Digital evidence recovery Recovering lost or deleted information Forensic laboratory analysis Knowledge of legal and technical issues regarding seizure and acquiring computer evidence, and

    chain of custody

    Computer network protocols and security, intrusion detection, and network forensics

    This certificate was intended to provide me with the essential skills, knowledge and experience

    necessary to deal with computer forensics and network security specifically in the area of network

    intrusion.

    Goals achieved through the certification:

    Upon graduation from the Information Technology / Computer Forensics/Network Security program

    from Spokane Falls Community College, I am now prepared to:

    Answer user inquiries regarding software and hardware operation to retrieve digitalinformation and forensic process
