Help the environ m ent, y our troop, and y ourself by recycling old used up ink cartridges and laser toner cartridges.*Cell phones are not being accepted at this time.

It’s easy and by filling out this form you will help yourself too.

1. Make sure your cartridges are in the lists on subsequent pages.2. Bring all ink cartridges and laser cartridges to troop meetings and deposit them, along with this form,

into the collections box. Use only this page; do not include the other pages.3. Your escrow will be credited with the total value of all cartridges.

REMEMBER: This is an ongoing program. Collect cartridges from your parents work, home, neighbors and friends. A list of currently accepted inkjet cartridges and laser toner cartridges is attached below. Fill out the following information each time you deposit items:

This information is required to determine how much credit will be given to each scout. The proceeds will be applied to the escrow accounts of boys participating in this program.
