Responsible for MSB’s commercial and consumer lending. Prior to joining MSB, served as CEO for Omega Performance Corp, a consulting and training company to the Banking industry, and as Managing Director for Omega’s Asia Pacific office in Sydney, Australia. Formerly EVP at Fleet Bank of Massachusetts and Bank of New England where he was Chief Credit Policy Officer, President of New England Commercial Finance Corp. and EVP, Specialized Industries.
Community service includes Board positions with the Metrowest Chamber of Commerce, The Center for the Arts in Natick, ESL Framingham, and the Thyroid Foundation of America. Patrick K MurphyAssistant Vice President, Commercial Banking Group
13-year career in Banking & Finance
Joined Middlesex Savings Bank in January 2010 from Citibank N.A., where he was a VP in the middle-market corporate banking group. Prior to Citibank, Patrick worked in the commercial banking group at PNC Bank and Tucker Anthony, where he was VP of over-the-counter trading for nine years specializing in the bank and thrift stocks.
Patrick sits on the Board of Junior Achievement – Northeast, where he is actively involved in mentor and fundraising programs. In addition, he is involved with the MS Society and the MDA. He lives in Wrentham with his wife Michelle and soon to be first child.
Brief stint as a semi-pro hockey player in the ECHL

Kerry C. MorganVice President, Cash Management
17-year career in commercial banking with eight years expertise focused on cash management.
Prior to joining MSB, Kerry served as Vice President and Business Services Division Manager for Flagship Bank and Trust Company, where she was responsible for managing the sales and service of cash management, merchant credit card, and payroll services.
