We are an Institute with 10,000 membersThere are 1200 members in the Midlands and growing
stronglyMembers are Facilities Managers performing a varied roll
that improves services, reduces costs and adds benefits to all bottom lines
The FM role is a profession adding value to our customers –

I am only a qualified Catering ManagerIn the room I can see engineers, space planners, surveyors
and security officersBut we have all developed into Facilities ManagersAs the saying goes we areJack of all trades and master of none.We need to progress into a more positive, proactive,
quality driven service providerWe believe Facilities Management is a profession that does
not bring benefits to all companies, but I hope that our speaker agrees we could and we can.
