Accuracy:
o A higher accuracy percentage indicates S-1’s have submitted
error free documents
Timeliness: o A higher timeliness percentage indicates S-1’s have
submitted the proper KSDs to the DMPO within 30 days of
the effective date
UCFR:
o Downward trend of discrepancies indicates S-1’s and CDRs
are identifying pay errors, starting pay entitlements, and
stopping overpayment; which helps to achieve data
corrections in DJMS

Pay Inquiries:
o S-1’s ability to effectively answer pay questions, understand
KSDs, and leverage DROT’s to identify those inquiries that
have posted to the member's pay account
Deviation Report:
o Fewer mismatches means data in personnel and pay
systems are consistent. Also means S-1s are actively
reconciling both HR and Pay information in the personnel and
pay systems by managing UCFRs, pay inquiries, and
submitting pay-impacting KSDs
