PJU which was established to address drilling services, supply, and maintenance in Mines and Exploration. PJU was performed, with the aim to answer the needs of businesses in the drilling sector, particularly in the drilling and maintenance services and supply. The company is expected to grow and evolve as the company's operations and maintenance services of leading, and able to carry out drilling activities with international standards. We focus on continual improvement in safety, equipment, a variety of drilling services, training, customer service, for quality achievement and develop relationships on the ground with customers, through innovation, solid hard work, sheer determination and empowerment of our local employees, that resolve is a key element of our corporate culture. Work within the scope of the mining / drilling, PJU realize the critical importance of health and safety for all workers, for these purpose our company created an integrated system in compliance with occupational safety and health with indonesian legislation and international code requirement. By considering the factors of health and safety of workers, we realize that they will be able to make a major contribution to all activities and companies. Safety is the most critical quality we provide to our customers. It is woven throughout every decision made at every job site. Safety is always at the forefront of all of our efforts. We have high expectations for our suppliers with the safety of our equipment. It is important for us to spend the time, resources and energy required to make sure that crews go home safely at the end of their shift.

Common goal: to create workers who have a full awareness of the meaning of health and safety, which contributes to self, family, companies, and countries, by providing maximum productivity capabilities and efficient in work.

Specific objectives: creating a workplace environment that provides security, comfort and safety for workers and guests in performing duties, with reference to the Zero accident.

PJU program of industrial safety, health and environment protection has :

- Conducted induction program to all employee and guest who has involved in drilling activity - Conducted regular meetings to remind each other and grow a great partnership for all employees in all divisions

with health and safety topics. - Conducted safety briefing or toolbox meeting before begin their activity to remind the things that can causes losses

in terms of health and safety to all employees. - Training to improve as necessary the Company HSE policy. - Assessment risk in all of our projects activities. - Reporting and audit to inform periodically all the parties concerned on HSE activities. - Emergency response to follow the priority of planned and implemented actions and measures related to

prevention of impact.
