The 138th meeting of the Northern Regional Committee (NRC), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) was held from 10th to 12th APRIL, 2009 at Conference Hall, NRC, NCTE, Jaipur. The following members were present:

· The salary is not being paid as per norms of UGC / University / State Government.

· The salary is not been paid through Bank.

· The number of computers is not sufficient for 100 students.

· The Language lab. is not very good.

· EPF has not been maintained in respect of the appointed employees.

· Three thousand titles are not available in the library.

· The earlier Five appointed teaching faculty members have been changed without intimation to the NRC, NCTE.

· The Secretary of the Management committee has been changed without the intimation to NRC, NCTE.

Hence, committee decided to issue Show cause notice for withdrawing the recognition to the institution under section 17 of NCTE Act 1993.
