DESCRIPTION

Vasili Mitrokhin was a KGB archivist who defected to UK in 1992. He brought with him a treasure trove of info onKGB's Operations worldwide. Prof. Christopher Andrews was assigned the task of chronicling revelations. Information was found to be very very genuine. Many nations caught KGB Agents from amongst there citizens based on info. Two chapters were dedicated to India. But unlike other countries, India did not demand further information from UK. The cases were never pursued. And matters were brushed under carpet.Nor is it clear if a quarantine operation was undertaken to at least keep the future safe and free from indulgence of such foreign agencies. This part is being shared to create the required awareness, in the hope that one day it will compel the Govt of India to take necessary action.
