Manual for Block Level Users

Mobile App

MJSA mobile app is downloaded from the Google Play Store. For MJSA mobile app click on the google play store icon in your android mobile phone. Then type “MJSA”. MJSA app is shown at first. Now click on it and click on install

button.

Click on install button.

Click on Accept Button. Now wait till app is download and install (It install automatically).

After this click on the Open Button for open app.

Or you open it by clicking on MJSA App (After installing app).

Now click on app and this window is show to you.

After this click on CUG login with user-id and password given to you for mobile app.

In user name type your user id and in password type your password, then click on SUBMIT button.

As you logging successfully you come on MJSA Dashboard.

In MJSA Dashboard, Two button are here

1. MIS Dashboard (For Reports)2. Record Work Progress (For capture image)

1. MIS Dashboard :- In this you get all the report as shown in MJSA web application. For this First click on MIS Dashboard button. As you click on this you get 3 tab here.

a. Work Statistics b. Donation c. Geographical Coverage

1 (a). Work Statistics :- if you want to see Sanction related report then click on this. As you click on this you will get following window.

If you want to see Financial Sanction issue in % with respect to number of works then click on first tab (Financial Sanction Issued in % w.r.t. Number of

Works). As you click you will get report according you user id.

(For example here login id is related to Jaipur so it is showing District Jaipur report)

Here you get report with respect to work. If you want to see more detail report then click on the bar.

If you want to see grid view then click on this button as shown in screen. After clicking on this you will get grid view report.

Again if you want to see Graphical report then click on button.

Note: - Any time for back click on Back button of your mobile or click on this

Now if you want to see Financial Sanction issue in % with respect to total cost of works then click on first tab (Financial Sanction Issued in % w.r.t. Total cost

of Works

Here you get report with respect to total cost of works. If you want to see more detail report then click on the bar.

If you want to see grid view then click on this button as shown in screen. After clicking on this you will get grid view report.

Again if you want to see Graphical report then click on button.

1 (b). Donation: - Here you get donation report in your district. As click on Donation following window will appear.

If you want to see cash donation report then click on Cash button and if you want to see Kind donation report then click on Kind.

If you want to see block wise donation report then click on the bar. After clicking on this you will get block wise report.

For kind donation click on Kind button. As you click you will get kind donation report.

1 (c).Geographical Coverage: - Here you get Geographical report of your district respect to village. As click on Geographical Coverage following window will appear.

For block wise report click on bar. As you click you will get block wise report.

If you want to see grid view then click on this button as shown in screen. After clicking on this you will get grid view report.

2. Record Work Progress :- For capture/upload image of your work you go through this. First click on Record work Progress tab.

As you click on this you will following window will appear.

For upload image first of all select Panchayat Samiti from drop down then select Project form drop down then select village and then select category then

sub category and then activity then Unit and then select work. After select all of this click on Submit button.

After click on submit first select work status form Select work status drop down. Then fill values in Population Benefitted and then fill values in No. of

Household Covered.

Now for capture image click on Upload File. As you click on upload file you mobile camera will run and now you capture image.

If save your image click on or you if you want to take image again

then click on and get new image and then save it.

If you want to know your coordinates then click on Get Location button and your coordinate will show to you. After all of this click on Submit button

As you click on submit button you will get record id and Successfully Submitted message.

For go back to Home Page click on Go to Home Page Button.
