CONSTITUTION
Purpose of Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya:”To train and educate its members, including Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya, in
true Islamic ways, to inculcate in them the love of Allah and the Holy Prophet s.a.w, the spirit of serving serving Islam, country
and mankind”

Constitution:”Sadr Majlis shall lead, supervise
and succesfully carry out the programme of Majlis
Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya”

MKA Sweden:”Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Sweden shall be a leading Ahmadiyya
organisation in the world. We shall always strive to meet and surpass expectations set by us or by Khalifatul Masih. Every
Khuddam shall always strive to improve the organisations work and be an active member and a good muslim. Our work should
be characterised by organisation, discipline, regularity and teamwork”

Constitution:”Mutamad shall manage all
correspondence in country and with international
Markaz”

MKA Sweden:”During the term shall Mutamad be responsible for that the planning are up to date and recorded, and also write on paper all decisions during Amla meetings. He should be responsible that a complete report signed by Qaid is sent to Markaz at least once a month. He shall also look after that all Amla members are instructed of their commitments. Mutamad shall after having discussed the agenda to the next Amla meeting with Qaid, send it to all participants in due time prior to the meeting”

Constitution:”Muhtamim shall implement
plans to make Jamaat familiar with Islamic knowledge and
raise the intellectual standard in the Jamaat”

MKA Sweden:”During the term shall Shooba Talim be responsible for that Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya and Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya arranges local Ijtemas in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo. Shooba Talim shall continuously strive to make National Ijtema a successful and well organized event. Shooba Talim shall make its best effort in making as many Khuddam and Atfal as possible attend and be well prepared on these occasions”

SHOOBA TARBIYYAT
Constitution:”Muhtamim shall make members
abide Islamic morals and etiquettes. He shall adopt reformatory plans for the
training of the youth”

MKA Sweden:”During the term shall Shooba Talim be responsible for that Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya arranges a lecture with local Murabbi at least three times a month. Shooba Talim shall also arrange an Ijlase Aam where Khuddam shall prepare content at least once a month. He shall make his best effort in making as many Khuddam and Atfal as possible attend and be well prepared on these occasions”

SHOOBA MAAL
Constitution:”Muhtamim shall be responsible for the collection of chanda from
all Majalis. He shall keep the Majalis in a sound financial
position and record a annual income budget”

MKA Sweden:”During the term shall Shooba Maal be responsible for that all Khuddam that are registered in Tajneed are informed about their financial status regarding the monthly compulsory subscriptions at least once a month. Shooba Maal shall enlighten Khuddam to the importance of financial sacrifice, and what difference that makes to the work of Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya”
Target: at least 75% of the theoretical total sum shall be paid before the end of the financial year 2010 has ended (1st November).

Constitution:”Muhtamim shall organize and
supervise all affairs of Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya”

MKA Sweden:”During the term shall Shooba Aftal be responsible for that all Atfal follows the by Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya set syllabus for their respective ages. Shooba should arrange lessons with Atfal at least once a week and make his best effort in making as many Atfal as possible attend and be well prepared on these occasions”

MKA Sweden:”During the term shall Shooba Tabligh assist Jamaat Sweden in its goal to spread the knowledge of the arrival of the Messiah to a half million Swedes. Shooba shall constantly strive to find new means to spread the message of Ahmadiyya and develop and put into practice plans to activate as many Khuddam as possible in tabligh work”

books and periodicals on behalf of Majlis Khuddam-ul-
Ahmadiyya”

MKA Sweden:”During the term shall Muhtamim Ishatt be responsible for that he personally and the three local Nazim Ishaat prepare at least one article each, a month. The subject for these articles is decided during the national Amla meeting, and the articles should be finished before the following meeting. These articles shall after the approval of Sadr be published on MKA Sweden’s website and later also in Al-Tariq who shall be published three times annually”

Constitution:”Muhtamim shall adopt plans for
general health and introduce different sports and physical
exercises among the Jamaat”

MKA Sweden:”During the term shall Shooba Seht-e-Jismani be responsible for that Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya arrange joint sport activities at least two times a month. Shooba shall also be responsible that all physical competitions, like for example on Ijtema are well organized. Shooba should make its best effort to increase the participation and look after that all necessary equipment is available on these occasions”

MKA Sweden:”During the term Muhasib shall be responsible to control and write down all economical affairs for Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Sweden on a monthly basis, between two Amla meetings. He should be responsible are made available to him from responsible person so that he can write a full monthly consolidated statement of income. He shall also carry out a balance sheet at the end of the term”

MKA Sweden:“Under the term Shoobs Sanat should lead the work on Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Sweden’s website: www.mkasverige.org and the aim shall be to make the most informative, user-friendly and interesting Khuddam website in the world”
