The Regional Hispanic Contractors Association (RHCA) invites professional and construction services firms to participate in the TxDOT Dallas and Fort Worth District Heavy Highway Forum. Meet with the TxDOT Dallas and Fort Worth District Engineers and staff to learn about the recently approved 2020, 10-year, $77 Billion Unified Transportation Program (UTP) and the billions of dollars in projects coming to the DFW region. Projects that will bediscussed include:
