Career aim
• My career aim as a Landscape Architect is
to constantly develop and enhance landscaping
works, conceptualize creative and unique
landscape patterns and deliver landscape
services in accordance with environmental laws
and regulations. I am educated in all the phases
involved in landscape projects from preparation
of specifications, hardscape including (pools,
water features, pergolas, annexes, steel work,
pathways), softscape, irrigation, lighting,
procurement of materials, prepearing tender
documents in CSI format, arrangement of cost
estimates and presentation of proposals. With
this said, I am confident that I will be a great
advantage to the company.
Graduation Project
Cars technology research center & Formula1 track on 620
acres.
The project Includes:
• Research center.
• Conference hall.
• Cars museum.
• A Formula1 track.
• Park on 40 acres.
Personal Skills
• 12 years experience. ( 10 years Landscape Architect, 2 years architect)
• Hands-on experience in developing landscape plans.
• Wide knowledge of Photoshop and AutoCAD.
• Ability to develop landscape architectures to meet client needs.
• Ability to create concepts, schematic designs and develop all detailed drawings.
• Ability to supervise all landscape and architectural works.
• Able to work on bill of quantities, estimate cost and to prepare tender documents.
• Able to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and able to work to deadlines.
• Excellent in break-down negotiation with contractors.
• Excellent in verbal communication, team work and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under stress.
