In (a), your understanding of evolution and adaptation is tested. To answer the question, you only need to provide one reason for the differences.

To answer (b), look at the specific characteristics of horseshoe bats. Make sure you offer a brief explanation for your choice to get both marks.

In (c), your understanding of biodiversity is tested. To answer the question you need to give reasons why we need biodiversity. Your answer does not have to be specific to bats.

This answer to (a) is correct.

This is a valid point for (b) but the candidate has not explained why this might endanger the horseshoe bat. It is better to use information in the question to answer this.
