The heating of the water in the main tank can be done by
injection of steam, electric, or by an immersion heat exchanger.
This exchanger can be fed by an oil or gas boiler. It is possible
to choose for either hot or cold rinsing. Cold rinsing requires a
longer drying time for the crate and the water is not recirculated.
Hot rinsing shortens the drying time of the crate and the water is
recirculated into the main tank.

CoversThe covers can be opened easily which makes the machine

Rinse sectionQuick release supply pipes with 56 jet
nozzles. The crates are washed from all sides by the high impact
jetting from these
nozzles: the cleaning cycle washes both the inside and outside
of the crate. The spray
angle of the nozzles is adjustable.
FiltersThe water is filtered and recycled through
a stainless steel sieve. Optional: a self-cleaning wedge wire
screen.

the top. The cover can still be opened, though.
