Terms
The suites are available for a minimum term of 3 months, subject to the Landlords discretion. Tenants are required to provide two months notice to vacate.
The office suites are generally charged on a ‘per desk’ basis, with those external suites (adjacent to windows) charged at £250 per desk per month, and internal desks at £195 per desk per month. Rental rates include:

Up to 10Mb broadband with fully maintained secure firewall. Immediately available and upgradable.
24 hour access.
Cleaning.
Utilities.
Business rates.
5-8 hours free meeting room access per month. Other costs:
Phone line rental £11.50 per line/ per month.

INCENTIVES AVAILABLE: Two and three months rent free available for 12 and 18 months contracts, respectively. Larger space requirements will be available on a commercial lease basis, on terms to be agreed between parties. Interested parties to register their interest with the Agent.
