Fix metal footplates A to both uprights B by locating stud on tab into lowest keyhole and pushing down
Insert a short side beam C into lowest keyholes on side of upright B . Tap to secure with mallet. Repeat on second upright
Add further side beams C to create a frame. If using upright set (200SU), repeat steps 1-3 to create second frame and join both frames with front and back beams D
If joining to an existing unit, add short beams C to side of unit then link to frame with front and back beams D
Bend tabs on shelf support beams E to a right angle by pushing down on floor and slide into slots inside front and back beams D
Then fold tabs back with a screwdriver to prevent the supports from coming loose. Repeat for additional levels
7 8 9Fit a pair of joiners E into top 2 keyholes in both sides of each upright B . Tap into place ensuring they are the correct way up
Take one half upright B and place over the joiners E so the studs fit in the lowest keyholes. Tap with a mallet until the two uprights are touching
Add remaining uprights B then join with side C and front beams D . Add remaining shelf supports as steps 5-6
10 11 12Place chipboard shelves G onto each beam level ensuring they sit inside the grooves on each beam
The unit is now complete and can be positioned ready for use. Place on a solid, load bearing floor and check level
For maximum stability, we recommend using two wall brackets and securing to a solid wall at the top of unit as shown
