TIME OF OPERATION

7.00am - 6.15pm Monday to Friday

VACATION CARE FEES

Varies between $60.00 - $70.00 for full day depending on whether it is an Incursion (In House) or Excursion (Away).

$35.00 for half days only on Incursion Days. All food is provided as stated on the program.

A redeemable $2.00 per day per child is required to confirm a booking. Please fill out a booking form available at OSHC with the days you re-

quire and the names of children requiring care.

Alternatively you can pay a $50.00 Vacation Care Bond (voluntary) which will cover your bookings each holidays. This can be collected upon

leaving the Service with a written request within 2 weeks.

EXCURSION DAYS

NOTE: for excursions children must be on site and signed in 30 minutes prior to stated departure time. This enables us to go through safety

rules, the days event and procedures, sunscreen the children, make lunches (if need be) and ensure children have all that is required of them

e.g. sun safe hat, water bottles. It also allows us to toilet the children prior to boarding the bus.

PLEASE NOTE:

Confirmed bookings are non-refundable. If your child is absent on any confirmed booking day, the fees from that day are non-refundable due

to the fact that payment is made based on bookings and not attendance. All excursions/incursions and travel are paid in advance and staff are

rostered according to the bookings.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made before 6pm, two OSHC working days before the booking to avoid a fee.

A $2.00 cancellation fee per day per child will be charged to your account if you cancel a booking more than 48 OSHC hours before the booking.

OSHC WILL BE CLOSED FROM :

6.15pm - FRIDAY 21st DECEMBER 2018
