Please log-in to Inventor and open your assembled

furniture

MAKE A “TITLE BLOCK”

• A title block is a drawing page with you name and hour already on it.

• It is easy to make by following a few simple steps.

1. Open a new drawing (idw) page

2. Delete the ANSI – Large box by right-clicking on ANSI – Large in the browser window.

3. Click on the + next toDrawing Resources

4. Right-Click on theTitle Block icon in theBrowser window.

5. Left-Click on “Define New Title Block”

6. Use the rectangle tool to draw 3 new rectangles at the bottom of the page.

7. Use the text tool to write your name and hour in two of the boxes you just drew at the bottom of the page.

8. Click “Finish Sketch.

9. Right-Click on “Title Block” in the browser and choose “Save Title Block”

10.Now open the “Title Blocks” icon in the Browser and double-click on the one you just created.

11.Save this as:

“Save copy as Template”
