• The Eliminate Project: Kiwanis International and UNICEF have joined forces to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus• This deadly disease steals the lives of nearly 60,00

innocent babies and women each year• Newborns suffer painful convulsions and mothers are not

able to help them

• It will take $110 million to eliminate this disease from the planet• Already eliminated from Sierra Leone and China• We need your help!

• We are already at 150 members• We will be moving the registration deadline forward

• NEXT GAME: OSU vs. Iowa• Saturday, October 19th • Around 3:30pm, but please show up at 12:30pm• 6 volunteer hours

OSU Football Games

• Wednesday, October 23rd • 6:00pm – 8:00pm

• No more volunteers for the book fair are needed• But Britton would still love volunteers to interact with

the elementary students!

Britton Elementary “Book Fair”

• What: An annual state-wide Key Club meeting! You will be doing hands on activities, meet your Ohio District Board (*cough* Natalie), and interact with different Key Club members from around Ohio• Where: Student Union at The Ohio State University• When: October 27th, 2013 at 10:00am • What to wear: Your Davidson Key Club shirt• Registration: Please email Kenny or message on FB

FALL RALLY :P

• When: Sunday, Oct. 20th from 6:15am–10:30am• Where: Ohio Federation of Teachers, 1251 E Broad St.

This is shortly after mile 7 of the course. Please note that there is no parking allowed on the course that morning

• What to wear: Your Columbus Marathon Race Crew uniform with gloves—It will be very cold in the morning. You will receive your shirt from ARISA a few days before the event. We’ll be handing out water and cheering on the runners no matter the conditions. Unfortunately this year, due to strict regulations, you are not allowed to participate unless you have registered!

• What to bring: Some pitchers to help pour water if you have them. Same rule goes for rakes and brooms to help with clean-up

• HOW TO REGISTER: Registration is now CLOSED. Please bring your ticket with you to the event. We will be at Water Stop F

Columbus Marathon

• Our largest fundraiser!• You may only take a bag today after the meeting if you

are a fully registered member!

• Each bag = 30 candy bars• Equal distribution of each type: caramel, crunch,

almond, and peanut butter

• Please sell ALL 30 for $1 each• NO, you may not eat them! (Without purchasing them)• You are responsible for selling them!

You will receive 1 hour
