It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Moonyean Lagadia.I have known Moonyean for three years both as a colleague and as a friend.I was immediately impressed by her good humor, keen intellect, and her ability toapproach both work and life in a focused and thoughtful manner.

Possessed with a strong character and a strong belief system, Moonyean would be ashining example to the young minds that she would help shape as a teacher. These sametraits carry over in her personal life as well.

Her family has a long and proud history of giving back to the community, not just at thelocal level, but also on a national and international level. This has been evident in herwork with various organizations and charities, such as: LA Works, Hollywood Boys &Girls Club, Bethesda House, Portals Mental Rehabilitation Services, Youth Action Corps,and many more. She is engaged in life at all levels.
