•Vibration: set upon metal facilities, vibration is generated and transferred throughout the casing.
•Cavitation: ultrasound waves are transferred internally. When sound passes through a liquid, it consists of expansion (negative-pressure) waves and compression (positive-pressure) waves. With enough intensity it produces the formation, growth, and rapid recompression of vapor bubbles in the liquid. The implosive bubble collapse generates localized heating, a pressure pulse, and associated high-energy chemistry. Cavitation commences as the pressure approaches or reaches the vapor pressure, because of impurities in the water. These impurities, called cavitation nuclei, cause weak spots in the liquid and thus prevent it from supporting higher tensions. The exact mechanism of bubble growth is generally described by mathematical relationships which depend upon the cavitation nuclei. Cavitation commences when these nuclei enter a low-pressure region where the equilibrium between the various forces acting on the nuclei surface cannot be established. As a result, bubbles appear at discrete spots in low-pressure regions, grow quickly to relatively large size, and suddenly collapse as they are swept into regions of higher pressure.

How The EverClean System Works
•Increase of the Surface Area: When a particle in liquid is shattered by ultrasonic waves, the surface area enlarges. The resultant enlarged surface area bonds to additional particles and shatters. The particles continue to shatter minutely.
•Waves: When ultrasonic waves are transfered to a liquid through metal, a wave motion generates between the surface of the liquid and the surface of the metal. This wave motion prevents particles and gases from bonding to the metal surface. Additionally, the unit benefits from the heat produced.
•Elimination of Scale: Bubbles infiltrate the fine cracks in the existing scale and explode. As the process continues, the cracks become larger and larger until the deposits are removed from the surface of the metal.
