Rule"No. Rules & Regulations

I. Minimum Load Requirement and Computation of Rate: Carrier requires a load of two (2) adult fares in order to operate a tour. Carrier may operate a tour with one passenger if he/she chooses to pay the two passenger rate.

2. Children's Fares and Computation: For the scenic tour operation, once the carrier's minimum load rate is met, children 12 years of age and under who are accompanied by an adult shall receive a 20'¼ discount of carrier's published rate. 3. Acceptance of Children: Children under eighteen ( 18) years of age must be accompanied by an adult. .. Adult" means a person eighteen ( 18) years or older who is responsible for the child during the tour. Each child must occupy a separate seat with a seat belt. Carrier will not accept lap children for transportation. 4. Right to Service: Carrier will not refuse service because of a person ·s race, creed. color, sex. or national origin. 5. Objectionable Persons: Carrier reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person who appears to be under the influence of intoxicants or drugs or who is incapable of taking care of himself or herselfor whose conduct is likely to disrupt the safety or enjoyment of other passengers. 6. Carrier's Liability: Carrier will not be liable for loss of any personal property. 7. Cancellation: a. For health or safety reasons: Carrier reserves the right to cancel all or part of a tour or refuse to travel to a charter destination due to

inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that might adversely affect the health, safety or satisfaction of either the passengers or the company employees.

b. For lack of participation: Carrier reserves the right to cancel a tour when it's minimum load requirements are not met. 8. Payments and Refunds:Payments are made in advance, but can be made up to the booking day of the tour. No refund for cancellations received within 24 hours or Jess of departure time.

9. Red Rock Discovery Tour: This tour is includes picking up guests at their hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. From there we transport them to the the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and start the tour. We stop at least 4 places along the 13 mile scenic loop. Stops include Calico Hills where guests learn how Red Rock Canyon came to be - geology, history, introductory information, and the magic of the Red Rocks in today's society. Second stop is the Scenic Overlook where guests get an awesome panoramic view of the Las Vegas Valley, Spring Mountains, and learn much about mining activity in the area, the Old Spanish and Mormon Trails, and how water came to be in the Spring Mountains and how it's presence has made magic for local inhabitants. Third stop includes Willow Springs where guests are treated to in depth explanation of plant life. wild life, and the very rich native American History in the area. Fourth stop includes Pine Creek Canyon to witness the majesty of Mt. Wilson, Rainbow Mountain and hear the history of this specific area. Tour durations approximately 2.5 hours.
