Since 1991, Pioneer Millwork’s philosophy continues to emphasize servicing our customers. We have understood from the beginning that our success comes only from satisfied customers. At our facility in San Carlos, we boast one of the finest prehung door shops in the Bay Area. From “production” style doors to custom doors, every product from our prehung shop is built with pride, care and the finest craftsmanship.
Our Marvin Window and Door Design Gallery Showroom is the first in California and one of the most complete on the West Coast. You can see a large selection of the Marvin & Integrity product line. Clad colors, Lite cuts, Hardware, you will see it all here installed as if it were in your home. Walk through our door showroom and see over 60 residential interior and exterior doors. We also show the full line of Emtek Hardware, Milgard Windows and Velux Skylights. As you look through this catalog, remember that we stock almost all of the patterns right here in our warehouse. Most of our stock patterns you can see installed and finished in our showroom. A visit to our show-room will be well worth the ride from wherever it is in the Bay Area that you call home. Our factory trained sales staff is ready to help you make your dream home a reality.

FLEXIBLE MOULDINGS
Most of the patterns in this catalog are available in flex material.
We are asked often why a template or radius/segment measurement is needed for the order of a flexible product.
Flexible moulding must be manufactured to match the requested curve. Imagine taking a belt and laying it flat on a wall and then trying to bend the ends down toward the floor to create an arch, the belt will buckle and so would our moulding. Yet the same belt will wrap around some-thing easily, the same is true of our Flexible Moulding.
