Our mouldings are manufactured from computer cut high grade EPS polystyrene, then triplecoated with a multi part compound which is also reinforced with a triple coat of sand providingincredible strength. This coating system weatherproofs the mould and provides durability so itwill not shrink, expand or crack. We also factory coat our mouldings in a clear primer that notonly seals the moulding it adds ease of final painting once your moulds are installed.
