Movistar Prosegur Alarmas app Quick start guide

If you haven’t done so yet, you need to register on the customer portal: alarmas.movistarproseguralarmas.es

1. Click con “Register a new account”.

2. Fill in the form (the Tax ID no. (NIF) field must match that of the person named on the contract).

Install Movistar Prosegur Alarmas from Google Play o App Store.

Click on the Alarmas icon on your mobile device and enter the username and password you just created.

Finally, click on “ENTER”.

Home Screen

Side menu: to access the different functions of your app.

Name of the place where alarm is installed.

Access to the notifications mailbox.

The centre of the screen shows the current status of your alarm. Drag the desired option to the centre of the screen (Armed, Partially Armed and Disarmed).

Acces to Cameras (Detectors with camera, Video on the Cloud or Local Video).

Side MenuAddress where your alarm is installed: If you have several alarms, here you can select the one you want to use.

Contacts: Modify the contacts we notify in the event of a triggered alarm.

Pin Code: Change keypad access codes.

Keyword: Change password and countersign.

User Alias: Create and edit an alias for the different alarm users.

Authorised Users: Create or modify the users authorised to use the alarm.

Contract and Payments: To view your contracts, services and payment method.

Invoices: View and download your invoices.

Settings: You can set the sound of notifications, vibrations, fingerprint and change the password.

Help: Access to frequently asked question.

Exit: To log out of the app and stop receiving notifications.

Picture: Click on the picture to customise it.

Video Detectors: Click on the detector picture to request a picture.

Request all: To take a picture of several or all detectors.

Cloud Video and Local Video: Access your cameras live or check the recordings.
