Long Term GoalsTo impart students with knowledge of their
religion and to practice it in their daily life.To help them become a better Muslim.
Short Term GoalsTo bestow upon them the knowledge of the
course and to revise their previous concepts/knowledge regarding the subject
To test their understanding of the knowledge gained during the course.
To enable them read Verses from the Quran fluently.
Instructional Strategies and TasksI will conduct quizzes, group discussions and
assignments.I will create an atmosphere conducive to
learning such that the class is more interactive rather than monotonous.
I will ask questions that that requires critical thinking and application in their daily life.e.g Namaz,Salam etc
Solutions To Anticipated ChallengesChallenges
Students Feel Hesitant to read Quran in front of the class feeling embarrassed.There Isn't enough time to complete the syllabusIn the current era students feel Islamiyat more as a liability then a subject.
SolutionsEncouraging them to bolster up their confidence.Will conduct extra classes to cover more course.Make the class interactive so students actively participate in the class.
