Profile of Managing Director: Andre Machielsen

Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. was founded in 1988 byAndre Machielsen. He has over twenty five years ofextensive experience in project, general managementand consultancy services within the security sector.Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. was foundedbecause of the ever increasing demand for securityservices on the Eastern Seaboard. Andre was aformer Safety/Security Officer off-shore for oil

exploration companies. He also was a consultantand senior systems designer with the ShinawatraComputer and Communications Group of Companieswhere he was appointed Executive Director. He wasresponsible for specifying and designing a completeintegrated security system for 29 Prisons throughout

Thailand for the Department of Corrections with avalue of US$ 24.5 mln. Andre resides since 1975 in

Thailand and speaks Thai fluently.

18 years experience in the industry; knowledge and skillsas a proven security and business manager, served as aManaging Director for multinational companies for 7 years,acted as Senior Strategic Advisor for the major KashaganOil and Gas Project, extensive experience in leadingmulticultural teams in high risk areas, a team player inchallenging transitional and changing business
