July 2010 - Present (1 year 4 months)
#Operation & Maintenance of Motorola WiMAX Diversity access point.
#Complete Installation of Access Points performing Commissioning, Bootstrapping, AP Calibration
and AP Diagnostics.#Working as on call Engineer, responding to network problems reported by NOC.
#Troubleshooting and solving problems remotely by analyzing site logs, and providing
recommendations for outage recovery.
#Onsite troubleshooting of Access point in case of outstanding issues.
#Carrying out Software upgrades for Access points and CPE’s. Upgraded SP’s of WMX2.0 load
and upgraded regional network to WMX2.5 load. Testing of CPE loads and their remote upgrade.
#Planning and conducting activities like ATP’s, Preventive Maintenance, and Site Health Check as
per company standards.
#Planning and conducting monthly Audits as a proactive approach for minimizing network outagesand ensuring maximum availability.
#Providing Remote Technical support for CPE related issues. Providing resolutions for Trouble
Tickets raised by customer.
#Handling Trouble Tickets system (Creating, Updating & Closing TT’s).
#Maintaining record and complete documentation of all activities. Preparation of reports for
Management analysis.
Microwave Backhaul, Cisco Switches & Routers:
#Installation, configuration of Microwave (SAGEM, NEC) and Cisco switches/Routers involved in
the network.
#Troubleshooting of Microwave backhaul, Cisco devices in case of any outage/Alarms.
#Conducting & planning Preventive maintenance and Software upgrades of these NE’s.
#Using High Cap NMS to remotely verify & resolve Microwave issues.
#Addition of switches to CACTTI and analyzing traffic stats.

#Coordination with Vendors (Sub cons) for Power related issues (Commercial Power, Genset,
Rectifiers, and Batteries etc)
