We would like to take this opportunity to share with you how pleased we are with our home that we recently purchased from Gary and Kim Mullins. Although we haven’t lived here long at all, we have been seeking this house for the past six months. When we first saw the home, it was just completed.

The craftsmanship of the home is impeccable. Tiny details were factored in, uniformity was shown, and a real personal touch. Immediately we were impressed with the hardwood flooring that the house had. They are very unique and not the typical hardwood floor. The cabinetry in the entire house matches and is excellent quality. The doors all have a soft close on them which is very nice for us with two small children. Gary installed a humidified into the home along with the heat pumps. For us, this was another added bonus.

We enjoy the fact that the bathrooms have separate rooms for the toilet and have double sinks. Again, this was a key element in our search for a home. There is plenty of storage and all defined in ways of discreetness. Our granite countertops in the kitchen are absolutely stunning and coordinate with the kitchen floorings and cabinetry so well. The windows are fantastic as they are the kind where they can be cleaned from the inside and opened from either the top or bottom with ease. In addition, the Mullins’ installed a Central Vac system with the home. We had a central vacsystem in our previous home, but this system is excellent! We have both been very impressed with this feature already. It’s the tiny details that some don’t consider that make this home truly unique and popular. Everything from the recessed lighting to ceramic tile work, to the lighted stairway, to the dimmer switches on the lights, this house leave nothing to be desired.

Again, even though we’ve only been in our home a short while, we know the in’s and out’s of this construction. We’ve been very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism that both Gary and Kim Mullins have provided to us during the initial house hunting stage all throughout the purchasing process. They have both been willing to work with us and alter various things within the home to better match our style or needs. We both feel if you purchase a home from the Mullin’s, you will be equally as satisfied as we are. Please feel free to come by our home and look at it if you would like.

We found Mullins Construction when we found the framed-in house we wanted to buy. Gary Mullins had started construction with the intent of selling a finished home. We loved the layout and put an offer in on the house. Although Gary already had it planned out, he patiently listened to what we wanted. He talked through the changes, and what impacts, if any, it would have on the current framing. We settled on a direction and closed the contract.

During construction, Gary was very reliable. He kept us well informed of his progress. When things were delayed, he let us know what was going on and what his plans were to continue moving forward. Each time we visited the work sight, he was excited to show us the progress. We asked him a lot of questions and Gary answered them all without being impatient. Even, when we asked for changes during the construction, Gary didn’t complain. He built those changes into his plan and maintained his schedule.

Post sale support has been exceptional. He has handled some minor repairs without a hassle. We are finishing the basement ourselves, and he has offered valuable advice to help us do it properly.

We highly recommend Gary Mullins as a contractor. He was pleasant to work with, reliable and his work is excellent. We have been in our home since July 2008, and we love it.

I bought my house from Gary Mullins new. My wife and I were so impressed with the house that we put an offer on it without looking at any other houses.

We later worried that we had jumped too soon and bought the wrong house and so we looked around at other houses in the area. Nothing else was even close.

That house [built by Mullins Construction] was the best one I have ever owned (out of six so far). That includes the current one, built by a very well regarded builder out in California. We had a couple of small problems just after we moved in and Gary was right over and fixed them with a smile and cheerful attitude. The floor plan was excellent, the workmanship and finish were outstanding.
