▪ Provides for STR principal residential unit be owner-occupied
▪ Provides for rental of partial units within principal residential structure
▪ Provides for if part of the unit is rented, a minimum of a sleeping room with shared full bathroom is required, and owner is generally present during rental
▪ Provide for not more than one partial unit at the property is simultaneously rented
