3. SEARCH: search results

3.1 Text in the search field before the user starts typing let’s users know they can search for a color or a specific name.

3.2 ‘Recent’ shows the top 5 last search terms

3.3 Search has autofill and will populate with all polish names that include the search term. If it’s a palette color the option to see all the ‘red’ colors, for example, will appear

3.4 The search icon turns into an ‘x’ once the user starts typing

3.5 Tap search on the keyboard to start the search

3.6 If the search term is a color from the spectrum (like ‘red’) then first the colors with that color in the name will appear (like ‘red nouvoua’) and then all colors categorized under that color.

3.8 Status update lets the user the app is searching

3.9 If no results to show then this message appears with the 5 most popular colors showing up

3.7 This is an alternate view for search results. (leaning towards this one) The colors with the search term in the name will appear first then the other colors under that pallete (if applicable) will appear.
