TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION:

This quotation contains (optional) items that may be present on site as at the time of

implantation that may or will not need to be re-supplied. The statement below forms as basis

for agreement to job execution and both parties are obliged to hold their end of this

agreement.

80% of the total payment should be made to Guild upon acceptance of our

quotation; this will enable the speed up of the job.

20% of the total payment which is the final payment should be made upon

completion and commissioning of the project.

Delay in payment will mitigate project execution and job progress.
