Nanocrystalline and amorphous core, with unique combination of high Bs , high and lower core loss, have

excellent ratio of properties vs price. They widely used for telecommunication, power electronics, EMC and sensor,

Which is available for high frequency application and small size. Our product made by Nanocrystalline and amor-

phous alloys consist of follow major core types:

Distributed gap FJ-series Fe-base amorphous core for car audio, PFC, differential mode choke and smoothing

    choke

With-gap FG and FCG-series Fe-base amorphous core for PFC, differential mode choke and smoothing

    choke

WUL Nanocrystalline-series high inductance choke core for common mode EMC choke

WWL Nanocrystalline-series power core with lower loss for SMPS, Inverters and pulse transformer

CL-series Co-base amorphous lower loss core for high frequency power transformer

CB and CZ-series Co-base amorphous core for Mag-Amp and noise suppression devices

CDCT and FCT-series Co-base and Fe-base core for current transformer with and without DC-tolerance

Number No 3:Outer diameter for Toroidal core in mm (for FJ-series, Added 10,25 and 37 values Indicates max. Magnetic

Field to Saturation )or outer length for C-core in mm

Distributed gap FJ-series choke core made from Fe-base amorphous alloy have low leakage flux and core loss

due to avoid concentrate air gapand have excellend frequency and dc bias characteristics. The series cores are

provided with different permeability120-1200and dc bias characteristics5-100 Oein large rangeit is

suitable for applications of car audioPFCdifferentia l mode choke and smoothing choke. The series cores

consist of FJ10FJ25 and FJ37 as follow

    1) f = 1 KHz

    2) Lv : L value at condition of rated N, Idc and DCB

    3) DCB : dc bias value rated

    4) Tolerance of ALo: 20%

Distributed gap FJ10-series amorphous choke cores for car audio (STB05-01A)

    Features

High saturation flux density(1.5T) and high permeability (700-1200), good dc bias characteristics, very low leakage
